For more than 40 years, Triad Seafood Market & Café has been serving fresh seafood, warm hospitality, and unforgettable waterfront views in the heart of Everglades City. Since opening in 1984, we’ve welcomed generations of locals, fishermen, travelers, and families who come not only for great food, but for an authentic taste of Old Florida.
What began as a local seafood market on the banks of the historic Barron River has grown into one of the area’s most beloved dining destinations. Through changing seasons, hurricanes, and decades of visitors discovering the Everglades, Triad has remained a place where people gather, share stories, and enjoy some of the freshest seafood Southwest Florida has to offer.

In 2007, Triad introduced what would become one of the most talked-about dining experiences in Southwest Florida—our legendary All-You-Can-Eat Stone Crab Feast. During stone crab season, seafood lovers travel from across Florida and beyond to enjoy one of the Gulf Coast’s most celebrated delicacies.
Fresh, sweet stone crab claws served in abundance have made this a bucket-list experience for countless visitors. It’s a tradition that has created memories, friendly competitions, and more than a few stories about who managed to eat the most claws.
